Around thirty percent of Delhi’s registered voters may be excluded from the upcoming draft poll roll. Many voters are absent, have shifted, or are dead and duplicate, causing uncollected forms. Election officials estimate that approximately seventy-five percent of uncollected forms belong to voters who have shifted. Voters can file claims and objections from August twenty-fourth to September twenty-third for inclusion.
