A Delhi man survived two murder attempts before his death on July 16. He was first shot at outside his brother’s house and later hit by a car. The main conspirator, Pawan Dabas, allegedly planned the murder due to a 22-year-old enmity. Police arrested Pawan and four other associates involved in the plot. Two vehicles and mobile phones were recovered during the ongoing investigation.
