D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is facing trial over the alleged murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. A Los Angeles judge ruled prosecutors presented enough evidence for the case to proceed. Burke has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors allege a secret relationship preceded Celeste’s death and have presented digital, forensic and other evidence. Her remains were discovered in a Tesla linked to Burke in 2025.
