A wanted criminal snatched a service pistol from a Delhi Police head constable. He then opened fire at a sub-inspector while being brought to Delhi. Police retaliated and injured the criminal in the leg during the chase. Both the injured sub-inspector and the accused are undergoing treatment. The service pistol and cartridges were recovered from the apprehended criminal.
