The State Investigation Agency Kashmir conducted searches across nine locations. These searches are connected to the 1990 double murder of Sarwanand Koul Premi and his son. Their tortured bodies were discovered hanging from a tree in May 1990. This investigation follows recent operations by Counter-Intelligence Kashmir in August. Digital devices were seized during one of these earlier searches.
