CPP Investments has agreed to invest up to ₹3,000 crore in Prestige Estates’ hospitality subsidiary, Prestige Hospitality Ventures, for a stake of up to 28%. The investment will be made in multiple tranches, subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
