A 20-year-old woman, Rajbir Kaur, died by suicide inside Bhikhiwind police station on Sunday. She was arrested a day earlier in connection with her neighbour’s murder case. Rajbir Kaur was found hanging inside the police station bathroom by a woman constable. She was scheduled to be produced before a court later that day. Her relatives have demanded an impartial investigation into both cases.
