BSE Index Services has launched the BSE REITs Index to track the performance of listed Real Estate Investment Trusts in India. The index comprises six REITs and has delivered an 18.54% one-year return on a total-return basis. Embassy Office Parks REIT has the highest weight at 32.18%.
