In the first quarter of FY27, JK Tyre & Industries reported a staggering 73 percent decline in profits, primarily due to soaring raw material prices linked to the West Asia crisis. Their consolidated net profit plummeted to Rs 44.09 crore from Rs 163.35 crore year-on-year, even as revenue rose to Rs 3,946.24 crore. Notably, domestic volumes surged by 25 percent in both replacement and OE segments.
