A consumer commission found Domino’s Pizza guilty of unfair trade practice. The company charged a packaging fee only for home delivery orders. This was deemed unfair as same boxes were used for takeaway and dine-in. Domino’s must refund the fee with interest and pay compensation. The company also has to deposit funds into a welfare fund.
