Housing sales in India’s major cities rose by 3 percent during the July to September quarter of 2026. Overall sales in value terms increased by 2 percent compared to the previous year. Notably, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Bengaluru showed significant growth in sales. However, declines were observed in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata during the same period.
