Rani Mukerji’s mother, Krishna Mukerji, passed away on September 22 at 75 after a brief illness. Bollywood stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Tusshar Kapoor, Jaya and Shweta Bachchan attended her prayer meet. Aditya Chopra’s production house confirmed the news, requesting privacy. Krishna was married to filmmaker Ram Mukherjee, who died in 2017.
