A three-year-old boy named Jempa was tragically run over by a Scorpio SUV while playing outside. His mother, Aarti, witnessed the accident as she attempted to reach him. The boy was dragged for several feet before the driver fled the scene immediately. Emergency services were called, but Jempa was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
