Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd and Lubrizol have signed a memorandum of understanding for TPU technology development. This partnership aims to leverage Lubrizol’s expertise and GHFL’s manufacturing capabilities in India. An expected investment of Rs 118 crore will support new product development and technology capabilities in the TPU platform. The initiative will also enhance backward integration for GHFL’s premium Paint Protection Film business.
